Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

(Hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate")

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By becoming a member of Experts Circle, you are eligible to participate in the Experts Circle Affiliate Program ("Program"). Enrollment in the Program is contingent upon your acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Account

Upon enrollment, the Affiliate will receive access to an affiliate account where they can log in to find their unique affiliate links and tracking links to share with potential referrals. The affiliate dashboard will also display referral analytics and commissions earned.

3. Commission Structure

The Affiliate will earn a commission of 20% on all revenue collected from referred members who are accepted into Experts Circle. This commission is ongoing as long as the referred member maintains their membership.

4. Cookie Duration

All affiliate tracking cookies will remain valid for 90 days. This means that if a referred visitor signs up for a membership within 90 days of clicking the Affiliate's link, the Affiliate will be credited for the referral.

5. Commission Payment

Commissions will be calculated and paid to the Affiliate on a [monthly/quarterly] basis. Payments will be made via [payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].

6. Termination of Affiliation

If the Affiliate ceases to be a member of Experts Circle for any reason, they will forfeit all rights to participate in the Affiliate Program and will lose eligibility to earn any future commissions from their referrals.

7. Marketing and Promotion

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Experts Circle using the provided unique affiliate links. All promotional materials must align with the values and mission of Experts Circle. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Affiliate, and continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
